Eric R. Schwartz

Eric currently manages the real estate and mortgage finance practice of Weitz & Schwartz, P.A., with a focus on compliance with all State of Florida and federal lending regulations. Under Eric’s guidance Weitz & Schwartz, P.A., in its role as a settlement and title agent, has successfully closed thousands of mortgage finance transactions, and has resolved innumerable title issues and claims on behalf of its clients.  Weitz & Schwartz, P.A. is currently an agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.  In addition to his current role, Eric has been at the forefront of the development of the firm’s boutique plaintiff foreclosure practice.
