Eric Schwartz and Jeffrey Weitz were co-founders of Weitz & Schwartz, P.A.  Prior to his retirement on April 1, 2025, Eric managed the real estate and mortgage finance practice of Weitz & Schwartz, P.A., with a focus on compliance with all State of Florida and federal lending regulations. Weitz & Schwartz, P.A. has successfully closed thousands of mortgage finance transactions, and has resolved innumerable title issues and claims on behalf of its clients.
