Michael’s practice focuses on plaintiff’s mortgage foreclosure litigation, real estate litigation, creditor representation in bankruptcy matters, and transactional real estate matters. He advises lenders, creditors, businesses, and property owners in complex litigation and a wide range of commercial and residential real estate transactions.
Michael earned his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany in 2002 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
Before entering private practice, Michael served as an Assistant State Attorney from 2009 to 2013. During that time, he gained extensive courtroom experience handling jury and non-jury trials and prosecuting a broad range of criminal matters.
Michael applies his experience to serve clients both in the courtroom and at the closing table, providing responsive, results-oriented representation and helping clients achieve practical solutions to their legal challenges.
